Tennis Elbow

Tennis Elbow occurs on the outside of the elbow and, despite it’s name, is not limited to people who play tennis or racquetball. Tennis Elbow is due to repetitive wrist and arm motions and it can affect anyone who engages in certain recreational activities or jobs such as manual labor, computer work and modern technology (cell phones and video game systems). Common symptoms are a burning/pain on the outer part of the elbow and weakness in grip. Tennis Elbow can be worsen and turn into Tendonitis.
